What’s funny about Jonathan’s magical girl transformation with the stark white hair is that it’s just impossible. Like, yes, we all know it is, but I hadn’t been focussing on that until now.

I was like “yeah, stress can cause early greying bc you’re no longer producing the melanin in your hair--” and then I realized like “wait, why would that change the colour of the already-grown strands as if they were fucking dead coral?” Because it’s not like if you pulled out a strand of your own hair, the colour would fade and go white.

Jonathan’s hair is alive? Dead now, alive before? Jonathan’s out here being Rapunzel from Tangled and everyone surrounding him is like “seems aight”.

The frontrunner candidate is a son of a dictator who placed our country into a debt of 3 trillion pesos and implemented a Martial Law during 1972 where people were tortured, raped, killed.

The second runner up is the person we want to win. Her name is Leni Robredo and she helped us during the pandemic crisis, during typhoons, when our president himself did nothing while he sits.

I'm not sure if you seen the news back Saturday May 7 where she held a Miting De Avance, a rally. There were a crowd of 1 million of us wearing pink to show how much we support her and how much we don't want history to repeat itself. We never forget what the Marcos did to our country, and we will never let the victims of Martial Law be forgotten.

There are videos of us singing in the crowd. Hoping, and holding on.

I took that prompt quite literal, oopsie - one day I really want to explore Jaskiers backstory in this AU. (I had it somewhere, that Jaskier ended up as a witcher trainee because of the law of surprise; that his parents did all they could to get him back and that Jaskier managed to get away and get back home. Which did not mean that the time the transition afterwards was easy.)
